How BETQIVO handles your data. Last updated 14 August 2026.

1. Who we are

BETQIVO is an informational multi-sport analytics service available at https://betqivo.live. The operating entity, registered address and data-controller contact details are published in the Support page and must be completed by the operator before store submission.

2. Data we collect

Account data (email address, hashed credentials or OAuth identifier, account creation date). Subscription data (plan tier, subscription status, billing provider customer and subscription identifiers). Product data (watchlist entries, saved coupons, favourites, language and notification preferences). Technical data (device type, browser, IP-derived country, error logs) used to keep the service secure and working.

3. What we do not collect

We never receive or store full card numbers, CVC codes or bank details. Card data is entered directly with our payment processor and never reaches our servers. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

4. Why we process data

To create and secure your account, to deliver the analytics features you request, to manage subscription entitlements, to send notifications you opted into, and to comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases are contract performance, legitimate interest in a secure service, consent for optional notifications, and legal obligation for records we must keep.

5. Processors we use

Managed database, authentication and hosting infrastructure; a payment processor for subscriptions; sports data providers that supply fixtures, statistics and market odds. Sports data providers receive no personal data about you. Processors act on our instructions under data-processing agreements.

6. International transfers

Some processors operate outside your country. Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Account and product data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Technical logs are retained for a short operational window and then discarded.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw notification consent at any time in Settings. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Requests are handled through the Support page.

9. Push notifications

Push notifications are opt-in. If enabled, we store a browser or device push subscription so that alerts can be delivered. Disabling notifications in Settings or in your device settings removes that subscription.

10. Children

The service is restricted to users aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly process data from anyone below that age. If we learn we have, we delete it.

11. Changes

We publish updates on this page and change the date shown above. Material changes are announced in-product before they take effect.
