Terms of Use
Plain-language terms covering what this platform is, and just as importantly, what it is not.
1. What BETQIVO is
BETQIVO is an informational and analytical service. We publish statistical summaries and modelled probabilities for football and tennis fixtures. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept stakes, and we do not place bets on your behalf.
2. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on this platform is betting, financial, investment or legal advice. Models can be wrong. Past results, sample metrics and modelled edges do not guarantee any future outcome, and we make no promise of profit of any kind.
3. Data sources
Fixtures, statistics and market odds come from third-party sports data providers and are shown with a source and freshness stamp. Provider feeds can be delayed, incomplete or revised. Where a required input is missing, the model returns no prediction rather than an estimate.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use this service. It is your responsibility to ensure that using sports analytics and any related activity is lawful where you live.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape content at scale, or resell access without permission.
6. Subscriptions and billing
BETQIVO offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. Prices, currency and renewal period are shown at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. Card details are handled by the processor and never stored by us. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights under your local law are unaffected.
7. Intellectual property
The interface, models, written content and derived metrics are owned by BETQIVO. You may use outputs for your own personal analysis, not for redistribution or resale.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BETQIVO is not liable for any losses, including gambling losses, arising from use of, or reliance on, the information provided.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
